Jason earned his BA degree at the Art Institute of Phoenix in Advertising where he was awarded artist of the quarter, perfect attendance awards, won best portfolio and was a member of Alpha Beta Kappa – National Honor Society for America’s Private Colleges. Jason brings over 10 years of professional experience in the marketing and advertising industry, working for both large and small businesses.
Jason’s passion for music has led him to LTSO. He started playing the harmonica as a child and graduated to playing the guitar and then the clarinet in his school band. He found his true musical passion learning to play the piano as an adult, where he still takes lessons and has students of his own. He has earned a Certificate from the University of Edinburgh in Fundamentals of Music Theory and a Certificate in Teaching Elementary Piano from The Royal Conservatory of Music. Jason continued his passion for music, specifically the piano by attending the Piano Technician Academy and becoming a certified Piano Technician. He apprenticed at Interlochen Center for the Arts in Northern Michigan and owns and operates a local piano service business.
Jason is very thrilled to be part of the Lone Tree Symphony Orchestra! He looks forward to building upon past LTSO successes, while bringing new ideas promoting the symphony, increasing donorship and grants.
